Reduce stress and pain in your clients through a heated stone massage. We will cover its benefits, the equipment needed, care of the stones, its history, stone identification and precautions to safely do a heated stone massage. You will learn a 55 heated stone placement. Every student will give and receive a session. A field trip is scheduled to pick your own stones.

(Materials are not needed on the first day, the materials will be explained in class.)
A Roasting pan, Massage Sheets, 6 hand towels, an instant read thermometer, a sturdy plastic slotted spoon to pick up rocks, unscented massage oil, A pail with a handle, A sock, $10 - $15 dollars for the Hot Stone field trip.
