All bodywork techniques share certain “skills”
necessary in order for those techniques to be effective.
Whether one is practicing a deep tissue method or a
subtle method, the skills needed to be competent in both
are the same.
The focus of this
course is on developing and
practicing the skills necessary
to be proficient as a hands-on
bodyworker. Students will
exchange sessions in class and
have opportunities to receive
feedback from peers as well as
instructors. |
