Rebirthing is a powerful breathwork process designed
to bring up and release old emotions and trauma. It is
one of the simplest and most powerful release
techniques used and often allows clients to experience
profound and lasting shifts. In this class you will
experience going through the rebirth process numerous
times yourself while learning to facilitate the process.
Learning to facilitate rebirthing will allow you to take
your clients to new depths in their healing. They will
learn to shift from old patterns as well as begin learning
how to breathe through stresses that may occur in their
daily lives. |
