| Description: |
Shiatsu is a full body treatment
primarily using acupressure techniques in a sequence that revitalizes
and regulates the internal energy. This class explores the Zen Shiatsu
style of bodywork and acupressure points with a significant amount
of hands on work. The class will also delve into Yin/Yang and Five
Transformation theory, as well as how to integrate these concepts into
your current practice. |
